Research On The Risk Evaluation Of Urban Rail Transit Project Use PPP Mode Based On AHP And DEMATEL

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and urbanization,the rail transportation are much favored by the world's major cities,for its unique advantages like large volume,speed,time accurate,less pollution,small footprint and less traffic accidents.The rail transportation is an effective way to solve the traffic problems of the big cities.PPP mode Chinese called "public-private partnership",refers to a way to provide public goods or services by the public ministry in partnership with the private sector.Using the PPP mode on urban rail transit construction projects,will help ease the financial burden on the government,improve the efficient use of resources,in favor of the full life cycle project management and control of project risks.However,urban rail transit construction projects using PPP mode still have many risk factors,which method to determine in advance of these risk factors and take appropriate measures to control and prevent the risk of expansion,is still a problem needed to solve.This paper studies the relevant literature and research results on risk evaluation of urban rail transit project using PPP mode.On the basis of previous studies,this paper made further research on it,the main research is as follows:(1)Classified the risk factors for rail projects under PPP mode may occur,and made a detailed analysis on each type of risk factors,then listed risk factors of urban rail transit project using PPP mode.(2)Established a risk evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Decision-Making Laboratory Method(DEMATEL)theory,using two different emphases theoretical to analysis the degree of influence on risk factors.(3)Using risk evaluation model established in this paper to predictive analysis risk factors based on the existing data on the rail transit project using PPP mode.Through testing and application of the model,obtain the results that risk evaluation model based on AHP and DEMATEL model is feasible and make recommendations,which provide reference for projects risk evaluation problem in practical engineering construction.
