The current market environment change rapidly,competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,enterprises in order to seek survival and development,it is necessary to adjust the strategy of development of enterprises according to market changes.but the corporate culture is gradually formed by production and operation of enterprises in the long-term,tend to be stable in general,it leads to the mismatch between enterprise strategy and enterprise culture,thereby affecting the performance of the enterprise..This study is in the form of a questionnaire,selecting the enterprise culture scale,the strategic change scale and the enterprise performance scale to collect,process and analyze data based on previous studie.The aim is to find out the quantitative relationship between corporate culture,strategic change and enterprise performance,and discussion the role of corporate culture in the impact of strategic change on enterprise performance,Then puts forward some suggestions on the restructuring and reengineering of enterprise culture in the process of strategic change.The figures showed,the flexibility and externality of corporate culture have positive relation to the speed,amplitude and depth of enterprise strategic change,the stability and internality of corporate culture have a reverse correlation to the speed,amplitude and depth of enterprise strategic change.Flexibility and externality of corporate culture have positive relation to the corporate performance,the stability and internality of corporate culture have a reverse correlation to the corporate performance.The strategic change has positive relation to the corporate performance,and the speed,amplitude and depth of enterprise strategic change have a positive correlation to the corporate performance.Corporate culture has a partial intermediary role in the impact of strategic change on enterprise performance.According to the results of empirical research,we try to explain these phenomena,and puts forward enforcement advice from the diagnosis of enterprise culture,the choice of reengineering method and management and control of enterprise culture.
