Under The Perspective Of Value Chain Management Of Working Capital And Optimized Suggestions

With the arriving of the era of Internet and Internet of things,big data is applied in various fields,which brings new possibilities to the development of economic.China's home appliance retail industry is keeping in step with the times and begins to carry out the value chain strategy.The new idea of working capital management combined with value chain management is to differentiate internal working capital from external working capital based on the division of internal value chain and external value chain.The analysis of the status of working capital management from the perspective of value chain helps understand the working capital value appreciation in each link of the value chain,and the enterprise can directly know their weakness in working capital management,help enterprise management and improve the working capital management,bring financial security to the long-term strategic layout of enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of working capital management from the perspective of value chain.In this paper,through the understanding of Gome value chain strategy implementation process,based on the value chain perspective to analyze the present situation of working capital management,find out the causes of problems,and put forward suggestion on optimization,to provide important theoretical value and practical meaning to the working capital management from the perspective of China's home appliance retail industry value chain.This paper uses the case study method,firstly,it summarizes the relevant literatures on the value chain and the management of working capital;secondly,in the full understanding of the connotation of value chain management and working capital management,it finds out both the purpose and the value chain from the perspective of the feasibility of working capital management;then,based on the relevant literature and theory the typical enterprise,we choose Gome appliance retail as a case to understand its value chain and working capital situation and analysis of the value chain from the perspective of the current situation of working capital management,and found the causes of problems and problems;finally,put forward the corresponding optimization suggestion.Through the case analysis of Gome,Gome adopts the online and offline business model,relying on the value chain of upstream suppliers and rapid logistics system,through the united information management system,speed up the stock and currency funds on the value chain transfer efficiency,make the value chain to bring significant value,improve the working capital management.It is hoped that through the analysis of the working capital management from the perspective of value chain,it can play a reference role for more enterprises in working capital management,so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of enterprises and maximize the value.
