Comparative Analysis On The Suning Commerce And Gome OPM Strategy For Working Capital Management

With the rapid development of Internet technology,online sales have seized a large part of the market share of traditional stores,and the relevant policies and market demand have a certain impact on the retail industry.However,with the optimization of economic structure and the upgrading of consumer demand,the situation of domestic retail industry has improved,and the trend of declining growth for many years has been curbed.However,many enterprises are tired of coping with the capital demand in the process of upgrading and are unable to improve business performance.Therefore,in this case,the cost management of the retail industry is particularly important.This paper chooses OPM strategic perspective as the entry point,and combines channel management to compare and analyze the operating capital management effectiveness of Suning E-commerce and Gome retail.Firstly,this paper expounds research content,technical framework,research methods and contributions.Then it summarizes the related theories of working capital management channel management and OPM strategy;secondly,it makes a concrete comparative analysis of the operating capital structure and financial elasticity of Suning Commerce and Retail in China and the United States.Then,based on the above data analysis,this paper compares and analyses the specific measures,existing problems and corresponding suggestions of the two companies in implementing OPM strategy.This paper aims to combine channel management and OPM strategy as a starting point to analyze the operating capital management effectiveness of two new retail enterprises in order to find a suitable management mode for transforming the operating capital of retail enterprises.
