With the development of the world economy,the development of enterprises is more and more dependent on talents with high quality and high professional ethics.Outstanding talents are the core driving force to directly promote the healthy development of enterprises,and the lifeblood and driving force of enterprises.At present,enterprises of all types of personnel recruitment are more or less problems,large state-owned enterprises as the main recruitment,employment demand,facing a talent shortage,recruitment costs and difficult to control the quality of the staff of the problem;and small and micro enterprises are facing new difficulties,personnel recruitment,gravity flow big problems.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of enterprise recruitment is one of the important subjects of modern human resource management.What kind of recruitment strategy and method is most suitable for the development of enterprises,and can really promote the enterprise to adapt to the market demand,has become a common obstacle to many enterprises.This paper summarizes the various types of enterprises based on past experience and lessons of recruitment,all-round through analysis of typical enterprise human resources recruitment and management of the status quo and existing problems,and provides some suggestions for future development of enterprise recruitment process and methods,and for its recruitment to provide some guidance of theory opinions.It is hoped that the discussion and view of this article can promote the recruitment and training management of the enterprise,and further establish a more perfect employee recruitment system and system.In the content,first of all,this paper illustrates the background and significance of the study,and mentioned the research purpose and methods,and analyzes the related research at home and abroad at present,and there are some problems of the method are analyzed;then the staff recruitment process and methods,on the current representative of the company's recruitment status and Lockhart the existing problems and problems in all aspects of the all-round analysis summary,and further the enterprise human resources recruitment system and the management problems of the enterprise,put forward some constructive suggestions,to gradually improve the enterprise human recruitment system.
