With the continuous improvement of Informatization level in China , E-commerce carried out rapidly and expanded from the industrial areas to the agricultural sector. However, many farmers and agricultural enterprises know little or even do not know agriculture E-commerce, which has lost the use of the Internet to improve efficiency and increase revenue opportunities.In this paper, around the theme on the establishment and application of E-commerce for sales of agricultural products platform, We use comparative analysis, systems analysis and other methods to analyze. First of all, we do analysis on the basic theory of E-commerce, the advantages of E-commerce for sales of agricultural products, the conditions and the main mode of China's implementation of E-commerce for sales of agricultural products ;under the guidance of Web Design theory, we take use of Dreamweaver software, IIS server, as well as information on the basic programming language, to make out a E-commerce platform for sales of agricultural products– Fruit Home sites, and introduce the application process of E-commerce platform for sales of agricultural products for enterprise and Third-party E-commerce platform in details ; finally we give policy recommendations on the Government to support the development of E-commerce in agricultural marketing.E-commerce for sales of agricultural products means: using computer networks, according to certain standards to make agricultural trades between buyers and sellers. Different with the production of industrial products, agricultural products are affected by biological self-growth conditions, with the cyclical, seasonal, uneasy storage, logistics and distribution requirements high. At the same time, farmers and agricultural enterprises do not have high qualities of culture or low ability to resist risks. They need securer Internet transactions demanding. Therefore, to carry out E-commerce for sales of agricultural products needs a faster update rate, so customers will be understand the growth conditions of products at any time; needs more logistics and distribution equipments, so product will be preserved, shelf life, quickly and accurately delivered to the hands of the purchaser; needs a more secure online trading conditions, customers will use friendly and understand easily.Conduct E-commerce for sales of agricultural products can reduce the physical infrastructure and personnel to rely on; achieve fast and accurate dissemination of information to reduce information asymmetry; improve the expansion of market size; reduce the marketing chain to improve the efficiency of the agricultural economy.The development of agricultural E-commerce needs appropriate conditions, such as: network infrastructure and Internet connection, special site , comprehensive information services, the rural team information, online banking, logistics and distribution, transaction security, laws and regulations and so on. Based on environmental conditions in China at this stage, we believe that the right modes to apply E-commerce for sales of agricultural products are: agricultural enterprises own E-commerce platform for the development of agricultural marketing + their own logistics and distribution; agricultural enterprises own E-commerce platform for the development of agricultural marketing + Third party logistics; Third party E-commerce platform for sales of agricultural products + their own logistics and distribution; Third party E-commerce platform for sales of agricultural products + Third party logistics. Farmers and agricultural enterprises choose the right mode to sale products based on the size of funds, cognitive level, the quality of personnel and so on.The establishment and application of E-commerce for sales of agricultural products is the core of this study. In the fifth chapter, we make Fruit Home websites based on the basic theory and principles and described in detail for each section of the site and its functions; in the sixth chapter, we introduced Agricultural E-commerce platforms established by government departments and third-party company, then take Alibaba as an example, describe the process of Third-party E-commerce platform for saling agricultural products online.Government's support for China's development of E-commerce for sales of agricultural products that needs to increase supply of public goods related to Agricultural E-commerce;to create security policies to implement Agricultural E-commerce;to do a good job for Agricultural E-commerce in publicity, promotion and so on.
