With the high rapid development of science and technology,human understanding of the real world has gradually become more complicated and diversified.As a result,the decision-making environment has become more intricate.Decision information usually has the characteristics of uncertainty such as "part of the information is known and some of the information is unknown",Which is that the decision-making information is grey.Gray decision-making is an indispensable part of uncertainty decision and grey system theory.Therefore,it is a great theoretical and practical significance to explore decision-making methods under grey information or decision-making methods that includes grey information.In this paper,the uncertain decision-making problem with grey information are studied,the main results are as follows:(1)The dynamic multi-attribute decision-making method is studied under the grey information.With regard to the decision information with interval grey number information,the dynamic interval grey number weighted averaging operator is defined.According to idea of the traditional multi-criteria optimization and compromise solution method,then combined the possibility degree of comparing between the interval grey numbers and the priority formula based on interval gray numbers the possibility degree,VIKOR extension method is proposed and a dynamic multi-attribute decision-making model based on the VIKOR extension method is established.(2)The hybrid type decision-making method with grey information is studied.In view of the uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problem,in which program attribute value is fuzzy language and with three-parameters interval grey number,considering the information loss of mutual transformation between the grey information and the fuzzy information,the relative similarity degree relationship of the alternative objects is defined,and uses the analysis technique of maximizing deviation algorithm rules,combined with the relative similarity degree relation of the alternative objects,a new attribute weight determination method is given.The optimal solution is determined by calculating the overall relative similarity degree of alternative objects.Mixed multiple attributes decision making model is set up based on the relative similarity degree relation.(3)The grey risk type decision-making method is studied.Considering to the scope of expert evaluation,the conversion method from general extended grey number to the standard extended grey number is given.Then,the bidirectional projection of the alternative objects on the ideal alternative object is defined based on the analysis technique.On the basis,combined with the advantages of the VIKOR method,the optimal solution is determined by calculating the comprehensive evaluation of alternative options,then a risk type multi-attribute decision making model is established based on nuclear and greyscale.Finally,the above model is applied to the case of regional drought risk management,which shows that the model is reasonable,scientific and effective.
