| With the development of educational functions of science museums,the popularization of educational informatization,and people's increasing demand for learning science and technology knowledge,the importance of the work of educators in science museums is increasingly recognized by the society.In the era of rapid development of information,educators in science museums rely solely on subject expertise and communication skills can no longer meet the needs of the current development of science museum education,the new quality structure needs to be established.At the same time,there are still many problems in the professional development of educators in science museums.For example,it is impossible to deliver a large number of scientific education talents to science museums and the society for the backward of science museum education related majors in universities or colleges,and the lack of selecting,training,evaluation on the government and science museums for educators has made educators who have already entered the science museums cannot get the desired professional progress.Therefore,educators in science museums must change their original quality structure,and reintegrate new knowledge and skills so that they can adapt themselves in the context of the digital age to the characteristics of the times and the needs of development in science museum education.This study first discusses the educational function of the science museums and argues that education is the most important and valuable function of science museums.By analyzing the existing quality structure of educators in science museums and the impact of information technology on the science museum education and I summarize the new quality structure of requirement of educators in science museum with some interviews,supplementing the domestic and foreign related studies.Then Finally,I argument the feasibility and effectiveness on using information technology to boost the professional development of educators in science museums with successful cases,and put forward some forecasts and advice on the future development.Based on the theoretical argumentation,this research adopts the literature research method and interview survey method to investigate and analyze the current situation of the professional development of educators in science museums in China.The research put forward the specific implementation of information technology promoting the professional development of educators in science museums according to the actual circumstances of the professional development of educators in science museums and also put forward the future should use information technology boost the professional development of educators in science museums based on the existing cultivation mode and excellent examples at home and abroad,professional development for science and technology museum,providing a new perspective of how to combine information technology develop educators in science museums in colleges and universities. |
