| Cluster innovation network is the sum of all relationships established by various actors in innovation activities in exchange and transfer of resources,which is an important part of economic geography research.The cluster innovation network plays an important role in promoting the innovation and development of the cluster,especially in the key period of the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industrial clusters.The degree of the development of the innovation network is the breakthrough for the industrial cluster to achieve the transformation and innovation.The jeans garment industry cluster is a typical traditional industrial cluster in Xintang.Its development began in the early 1980 s,It has a history of nearly fourty years.At present,the development of cluster is facing the challenges of increasing labor cost,market shrinking,brand lack and peer competition.Under the dual pressure of industrial upgrading and environmental protection,jeans garment industry is urgently needs transformation and upgrading in Xintang.In this context,this paper takes the jeans garment industry cluster as a case,through the review of the literature at home and abroad,constructs the structural model and evolution analysis framework of the industrial cluster innovation network,analyzes the development and evolution characteristics of the innovation network of the jeans garment industry cluster,and analyzes the cluster innovation network by using the evolutionary economic geography theory.First,the structure model and evolution analysis framework of the innovation network of jeans garment industry cluster are constructed.Based on the domestic and international literature review,combined with the development characteristics of the innovation network of jeans garment industry cluster,the cluster innovation network structure is divided into three parts: innovation core network,innovation support network and innovation environment network,of which the core network of innovation includes the cooperative innovation network of horizontal competitive enterprises and the combination of vertical complementary enterprises.Then,from the perspective of generalized Darwinism,path dependence and co evolution,the evolution mechanism of jeans garment industry cluster innovation core network,innovation support network and innovation network is analyzed respectively.Secondly,the evolution characteristics of jeans garment industry cluster innovation network are analyzed in Xintang.From the three sub networks of innovation core network,innovation support network and innovation environment network,the evolution process is divided into 4 stages: Germination period(1980-1990),Network period(1990-2000),Growth period(2000-2012)and Development period(2012-2017).And the performance of three innovative sub networks are analyzed in different stages.Finally,the evolvement mechanism of cluster innovation network is analyzed with evolutionary economic geography.First,the core concepts of "choice","heredity" and "mutation" in generalized Darwinism are used to analyze the core concepts of innovation core network.The successful business model and enterprise relationship will be selected.The inheritance of enterprise practice is mainly carried out in the way of enterprise derivation.In the process of the development of innovation network,the novelty will promote the change and adaptation of the network structure.Second,we use the path dependence theory to analyze the evolution mechanism of the innovation support network.From the results of the analysis,the development of the jeans garment manufacturing industry has a path dependence and a certain development trajectory.On one hand,the path dependence will reduce the risk of the development of the enterprise,on the other hand,the long-term path dependence is dependent on the path dependence.It also leads to "path locking",which leads to the rigidity of network relationship and the development of innovation network.Third,co evolution theory is used to analyze the interaction mechanism between innovation core network,innovation support network and innovation environment network. |
