Research On The Influence Of Nuclear Security Culture On Security Work Performance

the current international situation is unpredictable,and with the continuous development of information technology,the way of nuclear security works has also undergone significant changes.The traditional management model of relying on security personnel as the main element has become impractical.Physical protection systems and other information-based management tools gradually replace security personnel as the new driving force of nuclear power plant security work.Therefore,in the context of information technology,it is essential to explore the key constraints affecting the development of nuclear security work and how to improve the necessary professionalism of security personnel? How to create a standardized and orderly security work environment? Continuously enhance and strengthen the security awareness of security personnel and improve the quality and standard of security work.Considering and solving the above issues is crucial to strengthen the security work management and safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.This study first conducted a literature study focusing on nuclear security culture,security personnel behavior,and security performance.We constructed a model and hypothesis through a two-by-two relationship.Secondly,a survey questionnaire was designed with Q Nuclear Power as the background.Q Nuclear Power security personnel were the respondents to distribute the questionnaire for sample data collection.Subsequently,the relationship between nuclear security culture construction,security personnel behavior,and security performance was verified through survey research and analysis of the questionnaire data.By exploring the meaningful relationship between nuclear security culture and security work performance and security personnel behavior in Q nuclear,some critical issues in the process of nuclear security culture construction were identified.It is of positive practice and significant to raise people’s attention and concern about nuclear security work,promote tpromote the formation of good style and correct habits of nuclear security staff,maximize the quality of security work,and reduce or avoid nuclear security incidents.Finally,given the current situation of nuclear security management in Q Nuclear Power,corresponding countermeasures are proposed in five aspects,including promoting the cultivation of nuclear security culture.The conclusions drawn from the analysis are expected to have some significance for Q Nuclear Power’s security personnel to understand and innovate security management.It provides a scientific and actionable suggestion for Q Nuclear Power to strengthen security work behavior and a reference and reference path to support and enhance nuclear security governance.
