The Mobile Internet Advertising is evolving with each passing day,verified in sorts of new technologies,as well as in newly developed marketing models,being accompanied by fierce competition.Therefore,it's the vital scheme for an Internet Advertising Company to explore how to guarantee its core competence in the primary business.YF Company,being the holding subsidiary under XXX Corp.,is in motion and do main business in mobile internet advertisement.In this article,we will use the example from the YF Company to analyze the potential optimization proposal on its marketing and competitive strategy of mobile advertisement.Due to the competitive environment and dysfunction of the Company's original competitive strategy,YF Company is currently losing its edge in mobile advertisement.Meanwhile,it's enduring both shrinkage of market share and profitability decline.This Company is in urgent need for decisive measures to optimize its competitive strategy,as to improve its operations in main business sequently.In view of these demands,based on documentary analysis of SWOT research,covering adopting precise competitive strategy,microanalysis of market trend and micro-analysis of the company's primary business,this article tries to provide solutions in scope of Leading space&Products Diffusion Strategy,Product Differentiation Strategy and Demand Structure Targeting Strategy,to optimize the Company's competitive strategy.We'll conduct to the conclusion to the Company's mobile advertisement operations' optimization outline in product segment,differentiated customer service and clients-targeting.Furthermore,we try to present detailed proposals and implementation safeguards,including human resources,fund management,organization structure,risk management and external supports,to ensure the Company's performance improvement.In the hopeful anticipation that YF Company will changing its income composition from the principal from APP distribution to both media publishing agency and FMCG brand advertisement mobile DSP delivery,the company may reduce losses,even more return to profitability in the year of 2017.And it will back on track in the coming year of 2018.
