With the gradual improvement of the legal security system and the strong promotion of policy support,especially the rapid integration of the Internet industry with the financial industry,industry,telecommunications industry and other industries,the emerging industries mainly based on e-commerce emerge rapidly,mobile payment business is one of them.Mobile payment business has become the focus of strategic competition among telecom operators,banks and third-party payment enterprises.As an old telecommunication enterprise,China Mobile Inner Mongolia Company naturally joined the industrial competition pattern.Although China Mobile Inner Mongolia has a huge user base,the development of "Hebao" mobile payment business is not smooth.Due to the complex business process,lack of innovation capability,application updating and slow feedback to customer needs,users have left an initial impression that the product of business is few and application is not extensive,resulting in a large part of market being eaten by competitors.It is imperative to consider the choice of its future competitive strategy in view of the difficulties of development.In view of this,this paper takes the "Hebao" mobile payment business of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Company as the research object,first summarizes the current situation and problems of the business by using relevant theories and analysis tools,then uses PEST and Five Forces Analysis Model to analyze its environment,draws out the opportunities and threats that the business is facing,and according to the ownership of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Company.Finally,using SWOT analysis matrix,we designed a feasible competitive strategy for China Mobile Inner Mongolia to develop "Hebao" business,and put forward corresponding strategic implementation measures.This paper argues that the Hebao mobile payment business of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Company can only reverse the current situation by adopting a differentiated competitive strategy aimed at the market,customers and other aspects.Through this study,I hope to clarify the competitive strategy direction for the development of mobile payment business of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Co.,Ltd.'Hebao',and provide reference for other related businesses in the same industry.
