The communication technology will enter a historic changing time in the next five years. The mobile INTERNET will be the trend of the future communication. It will enter into a time of data and multimedia from the time of voice. The mobile network will develop toward wideband, grouping and Intellectualization. The wireless network will try to transit into the 3rd generation mobile communication, and the core network will try to transit into the grouping network from the Electric circuit, and the open network will be a must.The coming of 3G brings communication enterprises not only opportunities but also threats. First, the biggest change the operation business will face is the fission and subsection of the telecommunication industry. Because of the abundant operation use of 3G, the related industry will become much more complicated than it has ever been in the history. Thus, the build of the industry chain may become more difficult. Then, the capabilities of the management of the industry chain will be reflected in the achievement of the corporation directly. Therefore, at the 3G times, the competition between enterprises has become the integration of the competition of value chain and the competition of tache. Second, it will take new competitors in 3G times. Only have the China Mobile and the China Unicom provide mobile telecommunication now .It is said that the China Telecom and the China Network will get the 3G licenses. Then the situation that only two monopolies are playing in mobile communication is broke. Service and products of communication enterprises are familiar at that time, and the competition will be tragic. Third, because the popularization of Internet has low percent now, that how to stimulate the demand for mobile Internet and make the market bigger is a very important subject for every mobile enterprises in 3G times.
