Salary is a reasonable allocation of human resources lever,can effectively guide the labor resources between enterprises and between the internal positions of the flow,is a reasonable way to optimize the allocation of human resources.In the face of fierce market competition,how to attract and retain talent,become the focus of commercial bank management,a reasonable salary system can reflect the value of employees for the future development of enterprises to attract and retain a sufficient number of high loyalty Of the outstanding workforce,for the long-term development of the bank to provide human resources power.On the basis of literature induction and theoretical analysis,this paper studies the salary system of Fuxin Bank by case study,and sums up the problems existing in the salary system.In view of these problems,put forward the establishment of a special performance appraisal department,the performance appraisal and salary management convergence,the development of scientific salary adjustment mechanism and improve staff attendance system four aspects of the initiative.On the basis of this,the existing salary system of Fuxin Bank is optimized from the aspects of design goal and principle,job division,salary structure,performance coefficient determination,total salary budget and expected effect evaluation.The results are conducive to the establishment of Fuxin Bank to achieve the strategic objectives of the incentive compensation system for the same kind of commercial banks to improve the construction of pay management system to provide reference.
