With the acceleration of financial globalization,A large number of foreign banks came into China,so the centralize of the traditional bank was broken,behind the diversified financial market is the desire and competition for professionals,the shortage of financial professionals is the key to the development of banking industry,how can we attract talent,lock talent has become the focus and difficulty of human resource management.Based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper has carried on the thorough research and analysis to the existing salary management system of JINX rural commercial banks.The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Analyzed the basic theory of remuneration management and reform of rural commercial banks.By analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper mainly reviews the factors of salary management system,the factors of salary management design and the implementation steps,and finds out the application of China's rural commercial banks The theory and research methods of the pay management system.(2)the design of salary management system.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the salary management of JINX Rural Commercial Bank,discusses the relationship between human resource management and salary management,and builds a new rural salary management based on the status quo of the bank on the basis of theoretical research and quantitative analysis And then elaborates and analyzes the specific implementation of the new salary management system from the aspects of the theory of remuneration management,human resource planning,performance management system,salary distribution procedure and implementation procedure.The results of this paper provide an innovative theoretical basis for the reform of salary management of JINX rural commercial banks,which provides a more systematic solution for the upgrading of salary management system of JINX rural commercial banks and improves the market competitiveness of JINX rural commercial banks.Theoretical significance and realistic guiding significance.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the shortcomings of this paper.
