Research On Influencing Factors Of Innovation Diffusion Based On Industrial Cluster

Today,with the rapid development of information technology such as the Internet,innovation diffusion have become an important means of knowledge and information dissemination in industrial clusters,resulting in more and more entities,such as enterprises,governments,and intermediary service organizations,actively or passively joining.This is to seek better development of itself.However,in the face of complex and ever-changing industrial cluster environments,the main players involved in innovation diffusion also face many challenges.For example,innovative enterprises within industrial clusters,in order to maintain their core competitiveness,increasingly control the quality,time and channels of innovation.this will inhibit the spread of innovation results.On the other hand,these enterprises need to quickly transfer and spread innovation results to recover the capital of research and development.This in turn has a positive impact on the proliferation of innovation.At the same time,enterprises with backward technology need to introduce innovation results,but they need to consider whether the cost and the strength of the enterprise are sufficient to absorb the innovation results and put them into use.Therefore,how to improve the choice of different organizations and make them more involved in the diffusion of innovation has become an important issue to promote the development of industrial clusters.The purpose is to enhance the enthusiasm of all parties to participate in innovation diffusion,stimulate the dissemination,adoption and circulation of innovation achievements within the cluster,and promote the promotion of enterprise innovation performance.And promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial clustersBy comb the domestic and foreigning relevant literatures on industrial clusters and innovation diffusion,this paper first identifies influence the diffusion of innovation from four aspects: industrial cluster diffusion source enterprises and industrial cluster diffusion receptor enterprises,industrial cluster diffusion environment and industrial cluster diffusion media,including 30 factors that influence the spread of innovation diffusion.On this basis,a summary model containing all the influencing factors is constructed.Because the model factors are complex and there may be overlapping information,the questionnaire method is used to allow experts to select key influencing factors and use principal component analysis to extract key factors.Secondly,based on the key factors of the survey,research hypotheses and research models are proposed.Through the questionnaire survey of enterprises in the Shaanxi textile industry cluster,the empirical data was obtained,and the statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis were used for empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)The diffusion source enterprises,industrial cluster diffusion environment and industrial cluster diffusion media in industrial clusters have a significant positive impact on innovation diffusion,while the diffusion receptor enterprises in industrial clusters have a significant impact on innovation diffusion.(2)In the aspect of diffusion source,product characteristics,enterprise management ability,expected product returns and technological basis have positive effects on innovation diffusion.(3)In the aspect of diffusion acceptor,enterprise economic behavior and business operation have positive effects on innovation diffusion.(4)In the aspect of diffusion environment,the political and economic environment and the sociocultural situation have positive effects on innovation diffusion.(5)In the aspect of diffusion media,enterprise innovation cooperation network and intermediary service institutions have positive effects on innovation diffusion.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,from the aspects of government and enterprises put forward to enhance the diffusion of innovation,countermeasures to enhance the performance of enterprise innovation.10 figures,30 tables,113 references.
