Study On Agricultural Industrial Structure Of Five Economic Zones In Sichuan Province Based On DSSM Model

In the Central Document No.1 of 2018,it was pointed out: "The key to the work of doing a good job in agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era lies in the implementation of the strategy for rejuvenating villages." The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,to some extent,determines the quality of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the new era and the quality of socialist modernization.Therefore,the Party Central Committee clearly stated that with greater determination,clearer goals,and more powerful measures,the Party and the whole nation must be given the full power to fully promote agricultural upgrading,rural progress,and peasant development.At present,there is a certain degree of “decoupling” between the development of agriculture and the better life needs of the people,so the key and central task of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the new era is to achieve the prosperity of the agricultural industry and to ensure the “color” of the strategy of rural revitalization.We must fully implement the new concept of agricultural development,further improve the quality and effectiveness of agricultural development,optimize and adjust the structure of the agricultural industry,adhere to quality and green agriculture,and vigorously promote the comprehensive upgrading of the agricultural industry.According to the economic regions,Sichuan Province is divided into five major economic regions: Chengdu Plain,South Sichuan,Northeast Sichuan,Panxi,and Northwest Sichuan.In recent years,Sichuan Province has made considerable achievements in the process of optimizing and upgrading the agricultural industrial structure.At the same time,however,problems such as unbalanced agricultural development in various economic regions have also emerged.The problem of optimizing and adjusting the agricultural industrial structure still faces severe challenges.To this end,under the background of deepening the reform of the agricultural supply side and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,the present situation of the development of the agricultural industrial structure in the five major economic regions of Sichuan Province has been analyzed and compared,and the differences in the internal industrial structure of the five major economic regions in their agricultural development have been compared.Trying to build a better strategic path for promoting the optimization and adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure in the five major economic regions of Sichuan Province.This article mainly uses dynamic shift-share analysis(DSSM)and other methods to conduct a comparatively comprehensive empirical research on the agricultural industrial structure in the five major economic regions of Sichuan Province and the competitiveness of the agricultural industries in the various economic regions.The research results show that: There are obvious regional differences in the influence of the internal industrial structure and industrial competitiveness of the five major economic regions of Sichuan Province on the agricultural output value of Sichuan Province and each economic region.In the five economic zones during the inspection period,the overall average growth advantage of various sectors of the agricultural industry also showed a large difference.There is an imbalance between the development speed of various industries within the five major economic zones and the scale of the industry.The overall structure of the cropping industry in the five major economic zones is relatively reasonable,and the cropping industry has promoted the development of the local agricultural economy.The planting industry in the Chengdu Plain,South Sichuan,and the Northeastern Sichuan Economic Zone lacks industrial competitiveness.Panxi,Sichuan Northwest Economic Zone shows relatively strong competitiveness.The structural advantages of the development of forestry industries in various economic zones are not obvious,and the forestry in the South Sichuan Economic Zone shows strong industrial competitiveness.The overall structure of animal husbandry is unreasonable,and the industrial structure of animal husbandry in Chengdu Plain Economic Zone is the most unreasonable.The development of the fishery industry as a whole does not have significant structural advantages.The competitiveness of the fishery industry in the Chengdu Plain,South Sichuan,and Sichuan Northwest Economic Zones is stronger than that in the Northeast Sichuan and Panxi Economic Zones,especially in the South Sichuan Economic Zone,and the fisheries show a strong Competitive Advantage.According to the empirical research results of the above thesis,this paper puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the agricultural industrial structure in the five major economic regions of Sichuan Province.In the process of optimizing and adjusting the agricultural industrial structure,the five economic zones shall further optimize and adjust the internal industrial structure of the various economic regions;fully exert comparative advantages and vigorously promote the specialization of agriculture in all economic regions;suit one's measures to local conditions,strengthen infrastructure construction in all economic zones;Intensify efforts on ecological environmental protection and promote the sustainable development of agriculture in all economic zones.
