The research about the industrial structure adjustment under the constraints will be able to find the correct way of adjustment. Therefore, to make clear for the way of industrial structure adjustment to consolidate the achievement of Grain for Green, on the analysis of the present regional industrial structure adjustment in Bashang area, also should understand the constraints of industrial structure adjustment. Through the feasibility analyses about efficiency of economy, ecology, and society of three projects, it obtains that the second project-- changing plant crops to grow vegetables is the best project, suggests that carry on this on suitable circumstances.
