Analysis Of The Development Status And Path Of Modern Service Industry In Hexi District,Tianjin Province

With the emergence of the new-round scientific and technological revolution and the optimization of the industry structure,modern service has become an important segment which can promote the modernization of economy and the upgrade and harmonious development of industry as well as improving the competitive capacity of economy.In terms of regional economy,modern city is the main gathering space of modern service industry.Modern service industry has become the subject and main pillar of economic development and it has been main channel of creating jobs in big city,especially in megacity.The theme of this article is researching the history,current situation,existing problem and giving policy suggestions on the basis of the theory carding of the service industry and modern service industry.This article makes the necessary combing of the modern service industry's concept and classification as well as providing an overview on the modern service industry in following aspects:the concept,space,economy,innovative development both internally and externally,clarifying the internal definition and external extension of modern service industry.What's more,this paper concludes the theory of economic development of domestic and international modern service industry;the spatial arrangement theory in the aspects of service level,arrangement,venation,and its applied mechanism,expecting for proving the theory basics of the further research.Hexi is the district where the municipal government locates,aiming to build a zone of activity center,a zone of driving innovation,a zone of harmonious life by developing the modern service industry.The develop history of Hexi's service industry is teased out,the research of the selection,the spatial arrangement and the developing feature is made with this setting to provide reference for the developing of the modern service in this district.Based on the conclusion of domestic and international experience on modern service industry development,combined with the actual situation,this paper explores the deficiency and the reason as well as providing the policy suggestion which can accelerate the modern service development of Hexi District.
