The Coordinated Transformation Of Urban New District Under The Guidance Of Modern Service Industry

At present,there are three major development problems in the new urban area:the strategic development planning is not clear,the factors of development momentum and the path are not clear,and the development of the new district and the main city is not coordinated.The essence of the development is caused by the three main factors of coordination,transformation and development.In terms of transformation,the basic context and basic laws governing the development of new urban areas have not been thoroughly clarified.In terms of coordination,the various synergistic elements that have been evolving along the main urban areas and new urban areas have not been fully utilized.In terms of development,the development of new urban areas has not been well understood The core elements of the new district economy,industry,society,environment,etc.between the organic links.The main contributions of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the research background and significance,research purpose,research content and framework,technical route,research difficulties and major innovations are introduced.Second,the related literature has been reviewed from three aspects: the industrial economic development of urban new district,the strategic development mode of urban new district,the interactive development of modern service industry and city.Third,an overview of the new urban area and modern service industry.In the first part,the concept of the research object is defined,and then the relationship between the modern service industry and the development of the coordinated development of newurban areas and the mechanism of the modern service industry on the new urban areas are analyzed.Fourth,taking Dinghai District as an example,it analyzes the dynamic mechanism and path of coordinated development in urban new district.This part is oriented by the modern service industry,and based on the two models,the transitional evolution path of Dinghai District is analyzed in stages.Finally,this article summarizes and prospects.This chapter mainly summarizes the research conclusion,at the same time points out the shortcomings of this article.Looking forward to the further research direction of the coordinated transformation and development of modern service industry and urban new area,pointing out the problems worthy of further study.
