Research On The Development Of China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic And Trade Cooperation Zone Based On The Integration Of Industry And City

At present,there are 20 overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in our country that have passed the confirmation tests.Each park is at a different stage of development.Due to the different background of the country's development system and level of economic development,the paths and models for the development of integration of industry and city are different.However,there are some laws along with the development of industrial parks in different countries and regions and there are lessons to be learned from each other.Summarizing the experience of the development of industrial parks at home and abroad and concluding the development law at different stages will be of great guiding significance for the future development of the existing parks.The Sino-Egyptian Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone is one of the first successful cases of establishing industrial parks in China and studying its experience and lessons in the process of industrial development as well as the future development path has far-reaching practical significance to establish the planning,mode and route of industrial park abroad.Based on the perspective of“integration of industry and city",this paper sorts out the development history and characteristics of China TEDA Economic and Technological Development Zone and Suzhou Industrial Park,and sums up the evolution rules and characteristics of the industrial park.By-analyzing the theoretical basis,development characteristics and influencing factors of the integration of industry and city,an industry-city integration evaluation index system was established.This paper combs the status and history of the development of the Suez economic and trade cooperation zone,and analyzes the stages,characteristics,and the degree of integration between the cities and industries.The development path and suggestions for integration of production and integration in the Suez trade and economic cooperation zone were studied.The integration of industry and city is the only way for the sustainable development of industrial parks in China and abroad.The integration of industry and city development in overseas industrial parks must be supported by the government of the resident country.The support of the government and the sustainable development of overseas industrial parks have led to the stable development of the local economy in the countries located,and brought with them development experience.This is an effective model for the mutual benefit and rapid development of the two countries.
