And then, the successful construction of two industrial parks-Thailand Rayong Industrial Park and the Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park are analyzed, in the course of construction and operation of the experiences and lessons for foreign trade and economic cooperation zones in Africa has provided valuable experience and successes are particularly noteworthy problems, to avoid making the same mistakes. Finally, according to the country’s political and economic situation in Africa, citing economic and trade cooperation zone construction and operation process will be faced many problems, and for different problems, the corresponding solutions are given.The construction of foreign trade and economic cooperation zones in Africa should be paid attention to two main problems arise:Firstly, a clear industrial park industry positioning, avoid duplicate construction, making the resources are not effective and rational use; Secondly, efforts to solve the foreign investment enterprises financing, pre-industrial park building needs a lot of investment in fixed assets, the company’s financial pressure is huge.
