At present,the research on supply chain management at home and abroad has penetrated into many aspects of various industries.As an effective way for enterprises to realize efficient development,innovation can guide enterprises to bypass the road of power failure.How to improve their innovation performance through organizational learning and supply chain management in the process of operation is an important subject that must be considered and faced for enterprise development.Therefore,this study is devoted to exploring the impact path of organizational learning on innovation performance,and introducing supply chain dynamic capability as a mediater to explore its mediating effect.In this thesis,the scale is compiled from the literature to obtain the initial measurement scale,adjust the questionare and its words from the interview,and delete 3 unreasonable questions from the pre-survey.The final scale takes the logistics enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration as the survey objects.In the meantime,SPSS and the SEM were used to validate the models and hypotheses.Based on the above,we discussed the sub-dimensions' impact on innovation performance mechanism of organizational learning and supply chain dynamic capabilities.The research results show that each dimension of organizational learning and supply chain dynamic capabilities has a significant positive influence on innovation performance.But the learning commitment under organizational learning has no significant effect on the environmental perception ability and organizational transforming ability under the supply chain dynamic capability,and the two capacity commitment has no promotion effect on the significant relationship between the organizational learning and innovation performance.And by verifying the different mediating effect of sub-dimensions is also proved that the supply chain dynamic capability can effectively promote the positive relationship between organizational learning and innovation performance.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper proposes the logistics enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the other companies to enhance the organizational learning' sub-dimensions as learning commitment,common vision,and open mind,and to improve the environmental perception ability,resource integration ability,and organizational transforming ability under the supply chain dynamic capability.These proposals will promote enterprises' innovation to obtain competitive advantages,and hope to help the relevant enterprises in the future development.
