Today, with the development of economic globalization, the quality competition between enterprises has extended to the supply chain. If the enterprises want to get sustainable development, the traditional closed "Vertical Integration" mode needs to be changed; "Horizontal Integration" has become the inevitable choice of enterprises. With the development of quality management and supply chain management, the combination of the two and focusing on the supply chain quality management have become the hot topics in both academic area and practical area. Many scholars have researched the topic from various angles. The current researching achievements mostly are that different people have different views. There is no systematic analysis method and theoretical system which is universally accepted.Under this background, this dissertation focuses on the basic research proposition of "supply chain quality management, supply chain dynamic capability, enterprise quality performance", which comprehensive use a series of research methods, such as literature research, taking root, questionnaire survey, case analysis and so on, also use SPSS, AMOS and other statistical tools. On the basis of the integration of quality management theory, supply chain theory, dynamic capability theory and contingency theory, this dissertation is studied from three aspects. It makes the mechanism of action among supply chain quality management, supply chain dynamic capability and quality performance clear, and forms the following main conclusions.First, the dimensions of Supply Chain Dynamic Capability include:supply chain learning capability, supply chain coordination capability and supply chain refactoring capability. The dissertation uses the standard method of grounded theory, through investigation and interview of high-tech enterprises, based on the open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and extracts the characteristic elements of supply chain dynamic capability from source material, then finds that the supply chain dynamic capabilities include supply chain learning capability, coordination capability and refactoring capability. Based on the research results of ground theory, through test by factor analysis, the results show that the three dimensions of supply chain dynamic capability have qualified reliability and validity. Through exploring and developing the dimensions of the supply chain dynamic capability, the dissertation defines the core connotation and dimension structure of the concept, and expands the understanding in the concept of dynamic capabilities. This has laid a foundation for exploring the intermediary role between the supply chain quality management and quality performance.Second, the supply chain quality management has a positive influence on the enterprise quality performance, and supply chain dynamic ability has the intermediary role between the two. In this part, the dissertation firstly clarifies the effect path between supply chain quality management and quality performance in local context. Structural equation modeling analysis shows that leadership supporting, full participation and customer orientation which belong to the basic elements of supply chain quality management have significant positive effects on enterprise production and process quality performance. Continuous improvement in the synergy elements has a significant positive effect on enterprise product and process quality performance, while the information sharing, supplier relationship have a significant positive effect on enterprise process quality performance, but have no support for the positive effect of product quality. On the whole, the positive role of supply chain quality management elements to the quality performance is supported. In addition, the research shows that the basic elements and the synergy elements of supply chain quality management have an interaction effect which has a positive impact on the quality performance. And then the internal mechanism of supply chain quality management, supply chain dynamic capability and quality performance is studied. Through a large sample data survey and using structural equation analysis, it finds that the supply chain learning capability and coordinate capability play an intermediary role when supply chain quality management affects the product quality performance and process quality performance, while the intermediary role of supply chain refactoring capability is not confirmed.Third, the relationship between supply chain quality management and the quality performance is regulated by the environmental dynamic and organic structure. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed:first, in the supply chain environment, for the basic elements of supply chain quality management, the environmental dynamic has a significant positive regulation between leadership supporting, customer orientation and quality performance, while the regulation is not significant between full participation and quality performance; for the synergy elements of supply chain quality management, the environmental dynamic has a negative regulation between continuous improvement and quality performance, while the regulation is not significant between information sharing, supplier relationship and quality performance; second, for the basic elements of supply chain quality management, the organic structure of organization has a significant positive regulation between leadership supporting, customer orientation, full participation and quality performance. At the same time, for the synergy elements of supply chain quality management, the organic structure of organization has a significant positive regulation between information sharing, continuous improvement and quality performance, while the regulation is not significant between supplier relationship and quality performance.In summary, to realistic problem and theoretical drive as the background, this dissertation analyzes the influence relation among the supply chain quality management, supply chain dynamic capability and quality performance, and obtains some achievements in the theory. The innovations may have the following three aspects:first, based on the grounded theory, the dissertation explores and tests the concept and structure of supply chain dynamic capability. This not only heritage the dynamic capability theory, but also develop the dynamic capability theory in the supply chain environment, and enrich the theory; second, based on the dynamic capability theory, the dissertation explores and analyzes the internal mechanism between supply chain quality management and quality performance, which provides theoretical and practical reference for the development of supply chain quality management theory:third, based on the contingency theory, the dissertation makes the contingency effect between supply chain quality management and quality performance clearer and deeper, and answers the question:under what circumstances, the supply chain quality management has affected the quality performance invariably, and provides a comprehensive explanation of mechanism of action between the supply chain quality management and quality performance. In conclusion, this dissertation builds a bridge among the supply chain theory, quality management theory, dynamic capability theory and contingency theory, and makes the related theory expanding and deepening, which has some theoretical and practical contributions.
