Study On The Comprehensive Division Of Land Space In Huanjiang Guangxi

In recent years,as China ' s rapid economic development,increasing population,and continuous improvement in its overall national strength,terrestrial space has undergone enormous changes.The lack of resources has become a constraint for development,and the ecological environment has also been severely damaged.The country 's space needs to be further optimized.The development pattern and development quality also need to be further improved.Therefore,at the beginning of 2017,the State Council issued the “ Outline of National Land Planning(2016-2030)” to guide and control the development,utilization,protection,and remediation of land and space.The comprehensive division of land and space covers various thematic elements such as land resources,population,socio-economic and ecological environment,and is the main basis for compiling national land planning.Therefore,in order to achieve the convergence of national and national spatial planning at all levels and to promote the development,use,protection,and rectification of the country ' s space,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on the spatial division of land and space.Through literature analysis,at present,China's research on the comprehensive regionalization of land and space has yet to be strengthened.There is no uniform,comprehensive,normative,and relatively high-accepted standard for the establishment of subregional index systems,evaluation methods,and zoning methods.Especially at the county level,no in-depth study has been conducted.Therefore,this paper attempts to classify the land space from the perspective of the country's spatial function,integrates multi-theme elements,and comprehensively partitions the national and terrestrial space on the county scale,as follows:(1)Establish a functional divisional index system for “Production-Living-Ecological ”.Based on in-depth study of multiple types of planning,the three functions of the country's space and space are further divided into agricultural production functions,industrial product production functions,service industry production functions,residential security functions,and ecological service functions,and then the state's spatial secondary functions are used.Social,economic,and ecological factors in various aspects of the construction index system to express the "three students" function of national space.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of land and space.First,we will use the technology of ecological function zoning and combine the actual conditions of Huanjiang County to evaluate the importance of ecosystem service functions,and calculate the ecological importance index of each township evaluation unit as an evaluation of ecological functions in the comprehensive evaluation of land and space functions.Index value.Then,towns and townships were selectedas evaluation units to construct a Production-Living-Ecological function evaluation matrix,and the improved TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the Production-Living-Ecological functions of the national land and space in Huanjiang County,and the evaluation results were used in the national spatial division.(3)Comprehensive division of land and space.Using the natural discontinuity point method in Arc GIS and the system clustering analysis function of SPSS software to classify the results of the evaluation of land and space Production-Living-Ecological functions in Huanjiang County,the strength and weakness of each township is obtained.The program,using the superior function selection method,and the townships with the same or similar functions,obtained the second-level functional subarea program for land and space in Huanjiang County.Finally,we further clustered the results of the second-level functional zoning and obtained the results of the Production-Living-Ecological function district in Huanjiang County.That is to say,the country's land space in Huanjiang County is divided into an ecologically-adjusted functional space,a production-life functional space,and a production ecological functional space.(4)Construction of land remediation model.According to the results of comprehensive regionalization of land and space in Huanjiang County,combined with the current situation of land development and land consolidation in Huanjiang County,a land-reconciliation land remediation model in Huanjiang County was constructed,which was proposed in four aspects:target model,remediation key,renovation technology,and operation model.The objectives,types,remediation priorities,and behavior patterns of land remediation in each area of ??Huanjiang County are used to optimize the land space of Huanjiang County.
