Centering on the national major policies such as the concept of ecological civilization,construction of beautiful China and the strategy of rural vitalization,etc.,the 18thNational CongressofCPCclearlyputforwardthepolicyguidanceconcerning Production-Living-Ecological space for the first time,as the specific enforcement and the carrier of Production-Living-Ecological space.The pattern optimization as well as the space reconstruction of Production-Living-Ecological land has attracted broad attentions.However,since the relevant research on Production-Living-Ecological land started relatively late and mostly rested on qualitative researches,the systematic thoughts over the dynamic conditions and the interactions among space are in shortage.The study,taking Ceheng county as an example,constructs a classification system for Production-Living-Ecological land,conducts re-classification of land-use data and build a data connection of Production-Living-Ecological land space.Based on the software platforms such as ArcGIS,Fragstats,Eclipse and UNICET,etc.,the study adopts landscape pattern analysis,kernel density estimation,average nearest index method and spatial autocorrelation analysis,etc.,analyses the overall distribution characteristics concerning landscape pattern,land density,gathering degree and scale,etc.under the scale of the county territory by different levels and perspectives.On this basis,the study introduces the complicated network models,constructs the space structure network of Production-Living-Ecological land,further reveals the spatial influence existing among individual Production-Living-Ecological land and the influential position of individuals among group.At last,on the basis of the eigenvalue of space structure network and in combination of the minimum accumulated resistance model,the study conducts space reconstruction of Production-Living-Ecological land and gives corresponding suggestions on development models and policies for the post-reconstruction Production-Living-Ecological land.The results show that 1,Through the analysis on quantitative structure characteristics of Production-Living-EcologicallandinCehengcounty,discoveredthatthe Production-Living-Ecological land in Ceheng county is mostly ecological land,primary industry is the principle resource to increase production and income for local peasants,the urbanization level is relatively low and the public infrastructure is relatively weak;2,Through landscape pattern analysis,kernel density estimation,average nearest index and spatial autocorrelation analysis,etc.,the result shows that the Production-Living-Ecological land density in Cheng county presents a fragmentary spatial distribution pattern as One Core,Multiple Centers,the spatial distribution mode is close to the aggregate type,the production and living land presents the characteristic of small-scale low-value clustering in terms of the size of cadastral patches and the spatial distribution regularities,while the size of the cadastral patches concerning ecological land doesn't reveal the obvious characteristic of spatial clustering rather than the insignificant random distribution;3,Based on complicated network models,the result shows that the size of cadastral patch centrality for the Production-Living-Ecological land in Cheng county presents spatial differentiation.The clustering coefficient among living land,production land and ecological land presents decline trend successively.The path length of spatial network characteristic for living and ecological land is larger than that for production land.Generally speaking,all the production,living and ecological land conforms to the characteristic of small-world and scale-free;4,Based on MCR model,the result of reconstructing the Production-Living-Ecological land in Ce Heng county shows that after reconstruction,centering on ecological land,Ce Heng county has totally 8 types land-use pattern:living/ecological land 1st-production land 2nd,production/ecological land 1st-living land 2nd,ecological land 1st-living land 2nd-production land 3rd,ecological land 1st-production land 2nd-living land 3rd,production land 1st-ecological land 2nd-living land 3rd,production land 1st-living land 2nd-ecological land 3rd,living land1st-production land 2nd-ecological land 3rd,living land 1st-ecological land 2nd-production land3rd.Accordingtoaboveresults,thestudyraisespolicysuggestionson Production-Living-Ecological land reconstruction:Production land shall give priority to ecological fertile farmland construction as well as quality production increase,based on industrial cluster park,create a industry-agriculture-service chain to realize industrialized development;Take optimization of living land to accelerate the process of urban-rural integration as top priority,dig the potentials of villages and towns,take the feature of a mountainous town as development direction,comprehensively carry out poverty alleviation projects,strengthen settlement integration;Ecological land shall strictly hold the perimeter of ecological protection,play the advantage of unique forest resources,dig the economic potential of ecological land,greatly promote the projects of controlling water loss,soil erosion and rocky desertification,attach importance to land pollution prevention and intensify the protection of important ecological function zones.
