| With the development of dual structure of urban and rural areas,the elements of high-quality resources continue to gather in cities,while rural areas are opposed to cities for a long period of time.As a result,the disparity between urban and rural areas is widening,so many problems arose like imbalances and incoordination.The structure and function of rural space cannot be adjusted,updated or optimized.The demand for reconstruction of rural space is increasingly pressing under the guidance of the integration of urban and rural development.Through the research on rural transformation,we found that the reconstruction of rural space focuses on the adjustment and reconstruction of the spatial structure of rural areas through the analysis and reconstruction of spatial elements,so as to promote the optimization and improvement of rural functions,and make the ternary system of people,land,and industry in rural areas coordinate and stabilize.In this process,industrial development is the main driver of rural transformation and development,and land consolidation is an important technical support for the reconstruction of rural space.By combing the research on rural transformation,this paper divides the elements of rural space into plots,buildings,facilities and green areas.On the basis of rural production space,living space and ecological spatial structure,this paper divides the industrial space into agricultural space,industrial space and service space.Depending on the advantage of characteristic industry,this paper will also take the Shiping Village of Qijiang District as an example,which is being promoted by the whole village in Chongqing.The land regulation mode is suitable to the spatial structure of rural industry to carry out land regulation projects on the elements of production space,living space and ecological space respectively.Finally,an appropriate evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect of the reconstruction of rural space,and the operation strategy of land renovation for the reconstruction of rural space is put forward.(1)Land consolidation enhances the conditions and value of rural production space significantly.It also promotes the integration of service industry and agriculture.Land consolidation of Shi Ping village production space reconstruction mainly act to the elements of plots and production service facilities,relying on the characteristic industry of the pear cultivation to tap the potential of leisure tourism industry,promoting the integration of services space and agricultural space,which mainly related to agricultural land consolidation technology and road networks in series technology,focusing on agricultural land and production way.The author individually analyzed the spatial value changes caused by the strength of the production space and the land consolidation through the spatial texture reconstruction validity evaluation method and the entropy method.It is found that land consolidation has improved the degree of fragmentation and level of grading of cultivated land and landscape in the research area,and the shape of the field has tended to be regular.The average degree of flatness(Sd)was 40.95%.The absolute improvement of field road and production road density is over 50m/hm~2.In addition,land reclamation drive production space factor value changes,both the value of production and all non-production value before the renovation has obviously improved the average by147,800 yuan/hm~2 before the renovation of to increase 953,900 yuan/hm~2 and 291,700yuan/hm~2 to 1.116 million yuan/hm~2.One can safely draw the conclusion that the land consolidation makes the conditions and value of the production space significantly improve,and promotes the integration of service space and agricultural space.(2)Land consolidation promotes the intensive and functional optimization of rural living space.Land consolidation for the reconstruction of Shi Ping village living space to achieve the main role in building and road elements,relying on the pear planted ramming basis of handicraft industry,processing industry,promote the fusion of industrial space and agricultural space,mainly related to revitalize the construction land and road network series,focusing on life roads,residential areas and its supporting facilities.Through the Voronoi model and the multi-level grey evaluation method to evaluate the influence of land improvement on the distribution of living space and life effect.It shows that land regulation makes Shi Ping village houses,roads,public service facilities space elements,such as the coefficient of variation of CV value reached between 61%and 88%,render elements concentration distribution,resource utilization and efficient state.At the same time,according to evaluate the reconstruction effect of living space,finding that the land management after the life effect indexes have markedly improved,the value of life space significantly promoted,other indicators are significantly increased,this fully shows that the new mode of land renovation project to restore the important role of rural life space.(3)Land consolidation promotes the optimization of rural ecological spatial landscape patterns and the construction of ecological barrier system.The Land consolidation of Shi Ping mainly contributes to the realization of the reconstruction of ecological space through green space elements.It permeates the reconstruction of production and living space,and relies on orchard planting to extend the product processing industry chain.The case shows that land consolidation based on the development of the eco-tourism industry,can beautify the living environment and promote the integration and development of the secondary,tertiary and tertiary industries.This process mainly involves ecological landscape improvement technologies.Through the identification of ecological source areas,the classification of ecological space land for ecological land use,production of ecological land,and living ecological land can be set up.The paper evaluates the ecological impact of land consolidation on ecological space through the landscape ecological assessment and the least resistance model.Also the landscape ecology method and the spatial pattern theory of"matrix-plaque-corridor"is used in this essay.The result shows that the total area of ecological land increases by 9.73hm~2,and the number of ecological patches dropped drastically.In addition,the patch density decreased from 52.63 pics/km~2 to 33.94pics/km~2.The result presents that the landscape fragmentation degree in Shiping has decreased by the land consolidation.Moreover,the landscape shape,vegetation coverage rate,soil erosion rate,and effective irrigation area ratio have been greatly improved.And a huge ecological barrier has been formed owing to the improvement of landscape diversity and agglomeration.Meanwhile,forestlands,rivers,and orchards are directly providing value to the tourism industry.The maximum value of the ecological flow resistance of the landscape units reduces to 5,987.28 after the consolidation.In addition,the agglomeration effect is obvious and the area increases in the high value areas.The corridors of road and canal system and the reclamation of construction have changed the landscape connectivity,such as the increase in connectivity of ecological land.(4)TheStrategyofLandconsolidationtoreconstructrural"Production-Living-Ecology"spaces.The first step is to complete the reconstruction of the industrial space.This process,through two method of"new change to old"and"extension and expansion"takes the new first industry in place of the traditional first industry and develops the second,third industry on this basis,so as to realize the complete rural industrial chain of planting,processing and selling,tourism and sightseeing.Secondly,we need to match the land consolidation model.The symbiosis of agricultural space,industrial space and service space is the reason and goal of land consolidation.The land consolidation model based on rural industrial space reconstruction should follow the concept of industrial integration and adjusting the target,and adjust the target,focus and behavior pattern of land renovation in combination with regional industrial characteristics.Also,the integrated technology of land consolidation,such as the technology of agricultural land consolidation,construction land revitalization,road network series technology and ecological landscape upgrading technology,should be comprehensively applied to them.At last,reconstruct rural space through land consolidation.The reconstruction of the rural industrial space will cause the reconstruction of the"Production-Living-Ecology"spaces in rural areas.Moreover,the extension and development of the industries in rural areas will bring the reconstruction of the"Production-Living-Ecology"spaces in the countryside.The implementation of land leveling project,irrigation and drainage engineering,road network engineering and ecological protection project will help to break the relative isolation state of rural space.The rural"Production-Living-Ecology"spaces are gradually dividing into"production-life"compound space and"production-ecology"compound space,to realize the modularization and decentralization of production space,and the production of life and ecological space.Besides,the land consolidation will promote the production and sale of agricultural products and the realization of the ecotourism and leisure industry chain.In summary,the essence of rural space reconstruction lies in the interaction of industrial spatial structure and land rectification.Adjustment of industrial spatial structure requires the adaptation of contents,key points,and technologies of land consolidation,so as to promote the integration of industrial spatial structure.The reconstruction of the industrial space will inevitably lead to the reconstruction of the"Production-Living-Ecology"spaces in rural areas,and will lead to a pluralistic transformation of rural values.It can be seen that land consolidation has a significant positive impact on the reconstruction of rural production space,living space and ecological space.Deepening the innovation in land consolidation has important practical significance for the implementation of the rural rejuvenation strategy. |
