Research On The Optimization Of Management Strategies Of Medium-small Energy Service Companies Based On Game Theory

With the continuous advancement of China's industrialization,the problems of the energy crisis,industrial pollution,and the ecological environment are becoming more and more serious.Energy conservation and pollution reduction has become an important work for the development of all countries.The energy-saving services industry has made great contributions to the energy conservation and pollution reduction.In order to promote the development of energy-saving service industry,China has issued a series of regulations and policies to accelerate the implementation of energy performance contracting(EPC),and has made positive effects.The energy service company(ESCO)is the service provider of the EPC with great responsibilities of energy conservation and pollution reduction.The energy-saving service industry in China started late,and most of the ESCOs were medium and small.These medium-small ESCOs have many management problems.It is necessary to adjust the management strategies in time.In response to the national conservation and pollution reduction policies,to further promote the development of China's energy-saving service industry,the game theory is used to put forward the current future management strategies for medium-small energy service companies.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the future development strategies of medium-small energy service company,the present situation of the enterprises,and research status of scholars at home and abroad.And then,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the medium-small energy service company and the management problems existing in the development process.Through the analysis,the paper gets three major problems: the financing problems,the credit problems with energy-using units,and the cooperation and competition with the large energy service company.On the basis,in order to better optimize the management strategies for ESCO,this paper applies PEST method to analyze the external environment of ESCO,and analyzes the internal environment of enterprises by combining advantage analysis with disadvantage analysis.This paper mainly uses three game theory models to analyze the three major problems existing in ESCO.Firstly,the paper uses the signal transmission game model to analyze the financing problems.Secondly,the paper analyzes the credits problems with a single game and repeated game respectively.Finally,the cooperation and competition problems between medium-small energy service company and large energy service company are analyzed by the cooperative game in big alliance.Based on the above analysis,this paper finally proposes development strategies for medium-small energy service company from three perspectives: the choice of enterprise's own strategies,establishing and improving the financial system and strengthening government support function.These management strategies provides guarantee for further development of enterprises and promotes the further development of China's energy-saving service industry.
