As one of the countries with the largest carbon emissions,China is under great pressure,reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency is of great significance.Coal is the main energy in our country.In the future for quite a long period of time,the pattern of coal-fired power generation in China will not change fundamentally.The coal consumption of thermal power plants accounted for more than half of China's coal production,although the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction work for many years,the increasingly serious environmental pollutants still caused great harm,so there is no doubt about the importance of emission reduction in power plant.The development of emission reduction in thermal power plants is dynamic and needs to undergo a period from immaturity to maturity.The organization needs to continuously improve the development process of emission reduction levels.At present,research related to emission reduction is mostly based on results,and does not make a complete induction of the behavior leading to results.However,it is a series of behavior that can produce the result of emission reduction.Faced with a number of emission reduction management measures,enterprises have the ability to effectively implement,which need to learn from the idea of capability maturity model.This paper attempts to incorporate Capability Maturity Model(CMM)into the evaluation system of thermal power plant emission reduction.Firstly,analysis of the main energy consuming equipment in power plant,and studies the DPSIR model of energy efficiency,analyzes the driving force pressure state influence and response five aspects of energy efficiency of power plant and the existing problems.Then,according to the characteristics of continuous improvement of the reduction process of thermal power plant,the emission reduction maturity model is established,and the whole process is divided into five grades from low to high.The key process areas of emission reduction capacity maturity are identified,which are divided into development planning area,organization and management area,propaganda and education area,management system area,technical scheme area and effect area.Finally,a thermal power plant as an example to conduct empirical research.The trapezoidal fuzzy number is chosen as the method to evaluate the thermal power plant,and the evaluation results are analyzed and the relevant suggestions are put forward.
