At present,the hiring restrictions and demand of furniture salesman in most furniture companies is at a low level,at same time,there are little training in furniture sales industry.On the way from traditional and extensive mode of operation and management to intensive mode of companies,most companies put their view to better the factory management and lose sight of sales,Nevertheless,with the development of social economy and enhanced consumer concept,the role of furniture sales will be more important,Therefore,how to improve sales staff quality and optimize the management of the sales department,is one of the key problem in furniture industry.The training of technical salesman is help to improve sales staff quality and optimize the process of the sales department to save time and increase efficiency,And the ultimate goal of the training is to improve the long-term profitability.Therefore,the training of technical salesman is one of the important methods to enhance the competitiveness of furniture enterprises in China.This article is make up of the domestic and foreign training case,furniture marketing case study,combined with domestic colleges and universities the talent training scheme and the furniture industry marketing personnel technical requirements,set up China's furniture industry technical sales personnel training system.Based on one furniture sales department as the research object,the article used analysis method of 5W2 H,the fishbone diagram,case analysis,as well as affinity diagram to analysis the scene of salesman,management and sales process,summarizes the problems of the sales department in this company.By means of research domestic and overseas training,evaluation way and the training in other industry,it built the system of technical salesman training for furniture industry in China.According to the on-the-spot investigation analysis,it established the optimization rules of furniture sales training system,and according to the importance of the various factors index in he furniture sales training system,established a feasibility strong evaluation system of technical salesman training system.Not only can it improve sales staff quality and optimize the process of the sales department,also can provide the reference for other industry,IT has the certain innovation and practical significance.The establishment of technical salesman training system,evaluation system and implementation details of furniture enterprises as the final results of the paper,ensured the system could be fully implemented in the training of furniture sales.It not only improved and enhanced the power in furniture industry,brought higher profit,could also provide reference for the sales training in other industries,with innovative and practical significance.
