The sales team is the core of an enterprise,which determines future of it.So we have to attach importance to it.80% problems of the enterprises in our country lie in the production sales and at the same time 80% problems of production sales depend on the sales team management.In the past three years,the author has gained a lot of practical experience in management XX Electrical equipments Company.the author has been promoted from a district manger to a national manager,during which he has done further research into the small enterprises like XX Electrical equipment Company by reading many books and my own daily experiences.At the same time,he also carried out the promoted methods in his work,only hoping to give some advice on how to improve the management of the salesman group of small enterprises.One important job of the sales manager's is to form a qualified salesman team.Whether the sales manager can do his work perfectly finally depends on the salesmen's quality and ability.An excellent sales manager ought to know how to arouse the potential of a salesman,make a reasonable plan for payment,and take measures which can be carried out to inspire salesmen rather than simply tell them what to do.Meanwhile,the manager should give his sales group enough support and supervise.It is a harsh problem that every sale manager has to face on how to manage a sales team well,which is also an important factor for the personal occupation ability of a sales manager and which also plays a vital role in the development of a sales manager's career.The author made a conclusion on the research at the end of the article,analyzing the main innovative idea and break-through point,pointing out the present limitations and the next path to follow.
