| The work report of the state council government in 2017 pointed out that we should vigorously promote the high-quality development of the economy and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.At present,the industrial structure of the three northeastern provinces is inclined to heavy chemical industry,the industrial transformation is difficult and the pace of industrial structure optimization and upgrading is slow,and the promotion of industrial structure upgrading requires strong financial support.The financial development of the three northeastern provinces is not balanced,and the financing method is relatively simple,mainly indirect financing,and the integration of financial structure and industrial capital is weak.Therefore,under the economic new normal of the three northeastern provinces,study the influence of the financial structure oo the industrial structure upgrade and how to optimize the financial structure to promote industrial structure upgrading then finally realize economic growth is of great significance.Based on the theory of financial structure and industrial structure upgrading,this paper firstly analyzes the influence mechanism of financial structure on industrial structure upgrading from the influence factors,affecting path and influence process of financial structure on industrial structure upgrading.Secondly,this paper constructs a measure model of the influence of financial structure on industrial structure upgrading to explore the influence of financial structure on industrial structure upgrading in three northeastern provinces.Then it analyzes the empirical results and compare the results of the three provinces.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on optimizing financial structure to promote industrial structure upgrade from the government aspect,the financial institution aspect and the industry aspect. |
