Under the background of economic globalization and knowledge economy environment.More and more business leaders realize that talent is the root of enterprise growth.So human resource management is on the agenda.Performance management is an important module in human resource management.As the core link of performance management,performance appraisal is paid more and more attention.The scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system can measure the contribution of employee behavior to the enterprise,and it can influence the performance of employees to achieve the corporate strategic goal.In large companies or state-owned enterprises,performance management and performance appraisal management do more perfect,while small and medium-sized enterprises don't pay attention on it and the investment is not enough because of the late starters and lack of basic conditions.But the leader of the small and medium-sized enterprises also gradually realize the importance of performance appraisal management.In this paper,with small company A as the research target,landscape designers of company A for specific research object,trying to research a set of more scientific,reasonable and efficient performance evaluation system for landscape design.This article first introduced the performance evaluation in the field of related research background and research status at domestic and abroad,and then applied to the performance evaluation for this article expounds the related theory,and through the questionnaire on the current performance appraisal system for company A presentation and problem analysis,based on the analysis of the performance evaluation system design.And identify the subject,method,cycle,index of the performance appraisal and feedback and results that will apply the specific content of each link,to use KPI key performance indicators of company A's enterprise KPI,departmental KPI,post level decomposition process of KPI and index weight and quantitative work in detail in this paper.After the successful establishment of the performance appraisal system,it is supported by the guarantee measures of culture,organization and system,so as to facilitate the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system.The purpose of this paper is to establish a more perfect performance appraisal system of company A and to further promote the system construction and perfection of company A in all aspects of performance management and even human resources management in order to enhance the competitiveness of company A as a whole Small design company's performance evaluation to provide reference.
