With the rapid development of the national economy,the building decoration industry then rose rapidly.As a service industry,enterprises regard human resources as an important factor to improve the core competitiveness,and designers play an important role in meeting the diversified needs of consumers.As one of the core contents of human resource management,enterprises pay more and more attention to performance appraisal.A good assessment system can create a healthy and fair environment and stimulate the work potential of designers.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a scientific performance appraisal system for building a good working environment,stimulating the working potential of designers and improving the efficiency of enterprises.The thesis takes the designers of M decoration company as the research object.Firstly,the research background and significance,research status,research methods and technical routes are discussed.Secondly,it reviews the relevant theories of performance appraisal.Next,this article has analyzed the M decoration company organization structure,and the questionnaire survey method has carried on the investigation research to the M decoration company designer present performance appraisal present situation,in-depth analysis of the current performance appraisal system and the reasons for the problems.According to the investigation result,the author has carried on the optimized design to the M decoration company designer’s performance appraisal system.According to the strategic objectives of M decoration company and the post characteristics of the designers,the performance evaluation indexes of the designers of M decoration company were constructed by using the performance indicator method,at the same time,using Delphi method to further determine the weight of the performance evaluation indicators,and then design a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation table,and from the performance assessment process,performance complaints and feedback system,performance assessment results application system,fair protection mechanism,cultural security,training and technical security measures to establish the corresponding security measures.Through the optimization design of the performance appraisal system for designers in M decoration company,we hope to make the appraisal management of designers more standardized and scientific.It can also provide some reference value for the performance appraisal of other important positions and the development of other similar industries.
