Tourism Performing Art is a combination of tourism and performing arts.It is a new form of tourism integration of creative industries and tourism industry.It is a representative form of local culture embodied in the tourism market and an important part of China's tourism industry.The development of tourism performance improvement for tourism brand image construction and the value of output,for the promotion of tourism destination and tourism benefits for cultural deconstruction,cultural inheritance and innovation of our country's diversification and popularization,has important practical significance for the development of tourism industry to strengthen cultural education.Scenic city land resources are "scarce" and "limited",the development of Tourism Performing Arts market is to follow certain rules,many scenic spots in the cultural landscape elements traced scenic space mining,construction of conflicts of land resource utilization is not full,benefit is not high and the coexistence of tourism interpretation.In order to achieve the maximum benefits of tourism in the limited area,needs and development of scientific and reasonable planning,the scenic land to achieve a high degree of intensive use,how to make the scenic tourism performing great scenic tourism benefits,is the culture of mining,visual presentation,spatial construction of integrated land use.Therefore,studying the way of land utilization and improving the utilization benefit of scenic spots from the source is the inevitable choice to solve the contradiction between land supply and demand and achieve sustainable development of tourism in the development of scenic spots.The land used in Sanya romance park is compact and the tourist benefit is remarkable.This paper takes Sanya romance park as an example to analyze the land use benefit of scenic area,summarizes the effective experience of land space planning in Tourism Performing Arts scenic area,and optimizes the tourism benefit and profit.In this paper,the scenic area as an example,through the scenic land use history and status quo,the use of scientific land use benefit evaluation index system,quantitative assessment of comprehensive benefit of land use in the area,the final construction of scenic space-function benefit model,and to enhance the scenic benefit utilization strategy land,land use for reference for Tourism Performing scenic area.The results show that the coordination degree of land use benefit evaluation of Sanya thousand ancient situation area is 0.71,the coordination degree of the economic benefit subsystem is 0.85,the proportion is the highest,the main contribution index is the annual tourist reception,so the land use is more coordinated.The attraction of the cultural landscape in the scenic area is greater than the creation of the natural landscape,which reflects the depth of cultural excavation in Sanya,the reality of the scenic spots and the level of tourists' interaction,but the development of natural resources,such as plant allocation and green greening,needs further implementation.The annual income growth rate of the scenic area is less than the rate of tourist growth.In the next development of the scenic area,the Sanya theatre is put into operation as soon as possible,and the construction of parking area is further planned and developed.
