After that, the paper sets up the index system of comprehensive benefit evaluation and does research on the calculating method, and makes a profound empirical analysis of comprehensive land use benefit of Suzhou industry park, and then finds out its key influence factors. Moreover, some countermeasures are put forward accordingly.The paper finds that the key influence factors of comprehensive industry park land use benefit are as follows: fixed capital investment, labor productivity sustained by high-tech, consummate social security system, employment rate, the treatment of three wastes, investment of R &D, management quality and so on. These factors have great influence on the improvement of comprehensive industry park land use benefit. What's more, the paper puts forwards some countermeasures based on theoretical and empirical research as follows: pay attention to the planning of industry park land use to improve its ensuring effect on social and economic development; increase the investment and adjust the structure of industrial investment to improve the sustaining effect of science and technology ability on comprehensive land use benefit; pay attention to environment protection management in industry park land use and construction, and construct cyclic economy to improve every kind of benefit; build favorable investment environment and improve management service quality of industry park; make sure that the management sector changes to the kinds of social work to improve other corresponding benefit.
