Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of JHPP

Pulp and paper industry is indispensable in modern social life,and it has the possibility of sustainable development in theory and technology.At present,there are many pulp and paper enterprises in China are exploring how to achieve sustainable development strategy.This paper studies the sustainable development strategy of JHPP,including six parts,respectively is the introduction,literature review,the sustainable development of JHPP overview,SWOT analysis of JHPP,JHPP sustainable development strategy optimization,the epilogue.First through to the pulp and paper industry is the development and practice of forest pulp paper introduces the successful experience of JHPP sustainable development strategy and analysis,clearly put forward the strategy of sustainable development is the effective way to solve the industry development bottleneck.Then,SWOT analysis was applied to study the internal and external living environment of JHPP enterprises,and the selection matrix of strategy formulation and implementation was summarized.According to the SWOT analysis as a result,the sustainable development strategy of JHPP improve analysis from the following four aspects,respectively is the strategic thinking of design,management of sustainable forestry policy,implement clean production and circular economy mode,the performance of the corporate social responsibility and so on four aspects to improve the analysis,puts forward proposals to improve and implement the strategic reform,basically has the following four points:in strategy design,to set clear strategic objectives,to build interactive communication mechanism,the implementation of the strategy to increase supervision mechanism,the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility of the process of adding the design of the grassroots participation.
