With the rapid development of China's economy after nearly 30 years,growth is slowing,step by step for the realization of the goal in 2020 to build a well-off society in an all-round way,the Chinese government put forward in 2016 to 2020 the average annual growth of the bottom line is 6.5%.With the development of China's economy entering a steady stage of growth,consumption will become the most important engine for China's economic growth in the three driving carriages that drive economic growth.Social as the product of mass production on the one hand,the retail industry,connecting the production and consumption,provide products or services directly to final consumers,namely the enterprise products are ultimately through retail industry to realize the value of the goods and the assignment of ownership in order to make smooth by the circulation of commodities domain into the consumption field,which fundamentally guarantee continuous operation of the social reproduction.On the other hand,due to directly face the final consumers,retail industry timely insight into market dynamics,grasp the qiao's needs change,and,with the development of science and technology,retailers of consumer data collection and mining are comparative advantage,therefore,the retail industry has special status in the process of promoting consumption.And retail business model as part of the retail industry,at present,puts forward supply side structural reform strategy in the country under the big back qiao,the retail business model innovation,is beneficial to the sustainable development of the retail industry,to promote consumption,so as to stabilize the economy raised long has important practical significance.Supply side structural reform stressed the power from the supply end,strive to solve the mismatch between supply and demand in the process of circulation,circulation efficiency is low,the logistics cost is high,making the original only pay attention to the buyer's market,demand side into the adjustment and optimization of the supply side,to better meet the needs of domestic consumers,promote consumption for the leading role of the national economy,guiding overseas towards domestic consumption.The innovation of the thesis is mainly manifested in the following aspects:first,based on the current status of China's retail business development,combined with the supply side structural reforms,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the current China's retail business development,and analyzes the development of the retail business model.Second,the retail enterprises in the whole process of circulation,the retail industry as the main part,to analyze its relationship with upstream suppliers,and both sides benefit distribution pattern,at the same time,combined with the relationship between retailers and consumers,analysis of customer value creation,value chain theory,analysis the relationship of the thirty percent,value network integration development direction is put forward,in order to improve the retailer-supplier relationship,improve the efficiency of retailing,improve profit model to provide the reference.Third,from the theoretical analysis of the Chinese retail business model innovation path,and put forward the goods as the core,the value chain upgrade direction of consumer demand oriented,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,provides a basis for the traditional retail enterprise transformation,and also provide reference for the development of new online retail enterprise.
