With the rapid development of the global economy,energy shortage has become the primary concern of mankind,for China with high energy dependence,the impact of energy on its economy is more significant,In order to achieve sustainable development,there is an urgent need to change the mode of economic growth.The introduction of the policy of supply-side structural reform make the Energy Management Contracting operating mode of JN and the same kind Energy Management Company which mainly depends on the traditional industries is also restricted by conducting effect,Therefore,it is urgent to take a series of measures to optimize the business model.Based on the theory of value chain as the main research method,the supply-side structural reform as the main research background,and building the new business model as the main research results,this paper combine the standard research and case study closely,have researched the JN energy company business mode in the current economic situation,and find out the operation obstacle and a breakthrough for its business model innovation.The main achievements of this study are as follows:Based on the research ideas of the domestic and foreign scholars to explore the business model through the value chain,this paper explores the relationship between the value chain and the business model from the financial perspective,they can be connected to each other through the accounting equation that reflects the financial results,and reflect its common purpose-profit in a different way,in view of the above,the relationship between the value chain and the business model is constructed.Through the in-depth investigation and the systematic analysis to the internal value chain and external value chain of JN energy saving company,a series of operation obstacles of its existing business model were discovered,consisting of the industry limitations based on the background of supply-side structural reform,the production mechanism of JN company adopts the mode of self production and the production scale is limited,the investment of research and design of company is less and the technical level should be enhanced and most of the funds needed are from non-bank financial institutions,the financing models are restricted.Aimed at a series of obstacles of JN company,this paper have designed a new business model from the point of view of optimizing the value chain: JN company can extend the breadth of the value chain,on the basis of the traditional EMC productions to increase and pay high attention to the affiliated technical service and combine it with internet+ closely,through introducing the insurance companies and financial institutions to avoid partial risks and broaden the financing channels.And JN company can extend the depth of the value chain,broadening the channel of the product production and sales and focusing its service industry on the field of energy conservation and environmental production,service and high-tech,and based on the value orientation of making the best product at the lowest cost,to achieve large-scale production and centralized purchasing,it will concentrate on the research and the designing of product,so that enterprises will take their leading technical to take up the absolute advantage of the target market.
