Research On The Upgrading Of Liaoning Manufacturing Value Chain Based On Supply-side Structure Reform

Manufacturing industry is an important part of the real economy.To strengthen the real economy,we must pay close attention to the development of manufacturing.Liaoning province is the famous old industrial base in our country,from the current level of manufacturing industry in Liaoning province development and status of value chain,the manufacturing industry of Liaoning province is mostly low-end value chain,insufficient development of high-end manufacturing.Manufacturing growth has been declining for years,even negative growth,into a phased recession.Since entering the new normal,subject to market downturn,lack of momentum,the influence of such factors as low-end and invalid excess capacity,financial liabilities and cost increasing,effective and high supply "short board" and other structural problems become hinder the inconsistencies of the manufacturing value chain upgrade.The key to upgrading the manufacturing value chain in Liaoning province is to push forward the supply-side structural reform in a substantial way and resolve the contradiction between the supply structure of manufacturing and the demand structure.This paper first analyzes the logical relationship between supply-side structural reform and manufacturing value chain upgrade,and provides theoretical support for the following research.Secondly through the factor analysis method and the general linear regression analysis method to determine the location of the manufacturing industry of Liaoning province in the value chain and identify the manufacturing value chain upgrade in Liaoning province the influence of various factors affecting degree and tendency.Finally,based on the current situation of Liaoning's manufacturing industry,and combining the results of the two models,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain in Liaoning province based on the perspective of supply-side structural reform.The research of this paper is about the theory of industrial structure optimization and upgrading of further deepening and system combed the supply side of the structural reform of manufacturing value chain upgrade mechanism,from the perspective of supply side structural reform provides manufacturing by mass transfer efficiency,realize the value chain of specific cases,so as to provide countermeasures for manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning province,help to promote the healthy development of the manufacturing industry of Liaoning province for the relevant government industry management department to provide intellectual support for scientific decision-making and related industrial policy for the government to guide provide decision-making reference for industry..
