An Empirical Study On The Interactive Development Of New Urbanization And Industrial Transformation

New urbanization and industrial transformation are the important themes of social development in China.The Party and the government value the development of the two themes,which are covered from Document NO.1 of the Central Government to the general congress.How to promote the benign interactive development of the two themes is an important task of our country's social and economic development.Reviewing on the relevant literature about urbanization and industrial transformation,this paper analyzes the urbanization,industrial transformation,and both the interactive development of the status quo,from the population,economy,society and environment evaluation index system of constructing the new urbanization of the four dimensions,using the entropy weight method to measure the urbanization comprehensive index.At the same time,the industrial transformation is analyzed from the perspective of industrial structure and rationalization,and based on Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)to build the interactive development of urbanization and industrial transformation model,probes into the interaction between the two.Through the analysis about the current situation,it is found that China's urbanization and industrial transformation have made some progress,and the trend of synchronization is obvious.However,there are still some problems in the development of concrete interaction,which is that urbanization lags behind the development of industrial transformation and the development of City-Industry Integration and other regional development imbalance.The empirical analysis shows that the new urbanization and industrial transformation have significant spatial autocorrelation,and the whole presents the phenomenon of concentrated and low-value regions in high-value regions,and there is a certain synchronization between them.Both the optimization and rationalization of the Industrial structure has obvious positive effect on new urbanization,and urbanization and marketization process have positive effects on industrial transformation,but the performance of specific regions is different.According to the results of theory and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the interactive development of New Urbanization and Industrial Transformation:First,make the spatial distribution rational,and build a new type of urbanization innovation and development mode to promote the City-Industry Integration according to the space economy development;Second,in the process of promoting urbanization,we should accelerate the process of marketization and promote the transformation and scientific development of industry;Third,Adopt regional differentiation strategy to promote benign interactive development between the new urbanization and industrial transformation.
