The Mechanism And Empirical Research On The Positive Interactive Between Industrial Transformation Upgrading And The New Urbanization

2015 is the final year of 12 th five-year plan, China’s economic development has entered a critical period of deepening reform in full. Actively promote urbanization, and constantly improve the quality and level of the urbanization, speed up the industrial transformation and adjustment of economic structure is still the priority at the present stage. How to realize the benign interaction between the new urbanization and industrial transformation upgrading, so as to promote sound and rapid development of national economy has become a very important topic. In this paper, through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, study the interactive effect of the new urbanization and the industrial transformation and upgrading, In order to reveal the interaction mechanism between the new urbanization and industrial transformation and upgrading,deepening the study of this problem.First of all, this article analysis the inner mechanism of the benign interaction between the new urbanization and industrial transformation upgrading, as to provide theoretical basis for empirical analysis. The article concludes that in industrial transfer mechanism, technology innovation mechanism, urbanization of rural population transfer mechanism, expanding consumer demand and consumption structure optimization mechanism, the new urbanization and industrial transformation upgrading can realize the benign interaction by reviewing the classical theory of the interaction from them.Second, from empirical point of view, this paper discusses new interactive equilibrium relationship of urbanization and industrial transformation upgrading, divides our country into the eastern, central and western three areas based on the remarkable regional differences in our country and discusses how to realize the benign interaction between the two. Results show that the third industry has a positive effect of the new urbanization. The third industry of the eastern region which has a higher level of industry has a more significant effect on the new urbanization. Regional industrial transfer and technology innovation can promote the new urbanization. Through the analysis of urban factors impact on the transformation upgrading,it concludes: from the perspective of population urbanization, population agglomeration effect in eastern has negative impact on the industrial transformation upgrading, and the central and western regions population agglomeration effect on the industrial transformation upgrading is playing a positive role; From the perspective of economic urbanization, urban residents consumption of the eastern region has a positive role in promoting the industrial transformation upgrading, but urban residents in the Midwest, there is no significant effect on industry transformation upgrading. From social urbanization, the increasing infrastructure in the process of urbanization, has a positive spillover effect of infrastructure to promote the industrial transformation upgrading.Finally, according to the theory and empirical research, the article gets the conclusion and puts forward relevant policy. The government should speed up the industrial structure adjustment and technology innovation to promote regional industry transfer. In the new urbanization process, reform the household registration system, narrow the income gap between urban and rural, accelerate the equal public services so as to realize the transfer of population urbanization.
