development opportunities for the economic development of Henan Province,and accelerated the construction of new-type urbanization,which is conducive to releasing the huge domestic demand potential of Henan Province,improving labor productivity,breaking the urban-rural dual structure,promoting social equity and common prosperity.It has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for Henan to fully build a well-off society and accelerate the modernization drive.Standing on the new starting point of urbanization construction,we must promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure as a historical mission,realize the transformation of industrial structure,help solve the unsustainable problems of environmental pollution and economic development brought by traditional industries,and optimize the industrial layout.To provide strong economic support for the construction of new urbanization.The sustainable industrial structure continues to promote the development of new urbanization.At the same time,the development of new-type urbanization will in turn affect the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,forming a benign cycle on the consideration of the development level of new-type urbanization and the upgrading of industrial structure in Henan Province,the paper firstly studies the domestic and international urbanization and industrial structure upgrading.Carry out combing and summarizing,and then discuss the theoretical mechanism of the new urbanization on the upgrading of industrial structure through the three aspects of factor flow efficiency,through changing the market demand structure,and through the spatial environment layout,and from changing the level of economic growth,by changing the level of employment,and by changing The three aspects of environmental protection stress discuss the theoretical mechanism of industrial structure upgrading on new-type urbanization.In order to distinguish it from the traditional single factor of urbanization level--the urbanization rate,this paper constructs a new comprehensive urbanization index system from the four aspects of urban infrastructure the industrial structure upgrading coefficient to measure the industrial structure upgrading.Finally,in the empirical aspect,this paper is based on the new-type urbanization comprehensive value and industrial structure upgrading coefficient of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2004 to 2017,and establishes an autoregressive model of panel data based on GMM estimation results,impulse response functions and variance decomposition results.To explore the interaction between new-type urbanization and industrial structure upgrading in Henan Province.The research conclusions show that the new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading in Henan Province have shown a growing trend during the inspection period.However,due to the differences in the history,geographical environment and economic development level of different cities,there are different data results in different cities.The Granger causality test under the framework of PVAR model for the new-type urbanization and industrial structure upgrading has a long-term causality relationship between the new-type urbanization and industrial structure upgrading in Henan Province.The two interact and interact with each other.Through the analysis of GMM estimation results,impulse response function and variance decomposition results,in the process of economic development and development,new-type urbanization and industrial structure upgrading will promote their own development,new-type urbanization and industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Inconsistent will restrict the development of the two,so on this basis,Henan Province should scientifically formulate development plans to promote the effective docking of the two,accelerate the urban supporting
