As a green and environment-friendly mode of transportation,urban rail transit has made great progress in recent years,especially during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.The number of new route mileage and coverage of urban rail transit is increasing dramatically.While urban rail transit brings convenience,it is accompanied by major safety risks.Statistics show that the number of urban rail traffic accidents is increasing year by year.The economic loss and social impact caused by the accident are increasing.In addition,with the increasing mileage of operation and the networking of operating lines,In order to reduce the accidents and improve the safety management level of urban rail transit enterprises,it is necessary to study the safety management methods of the enterprises.Among them include accident management and hazard management method.Based on the principle that the hazard is the premise of the accident,the paper focuses on how to identify and measure the safety hidden danger.Firstly,it defines the hazard of urban rail transit and give the process of establishing hazard database of the urban rail transit enterprise,use the trust cloud model to identify the security hazard;secondly,use hidden Markov algorithm to evaluate the security state behind the hazard according to the identification result;finally,the trust cloud model is used to evaluate the security state behind the hazard.The safety state data and the statistical data of the security hazard are preprocessed,and the ranking model of the importance degree of the hazard is used to sort the security hazard according to the important degree,and then the ranking result is analyzed.The results show that it can be used as the basis for the management of hazard in enterprises. |
