Research For Safety Management Of Elevators And Escalators System In Rail Transit

With the development of China's economic and continues process of urbanization,the rail transit development so rapidly,elevators and escalators as the main vehicle tool in the metro,the demand and input are increasing.Because of the particularity for elevators and escalators,passengers always face to elevators and escalators directly,the safety of elevators and escalators will directly affect the passengers life and property and travel demand.In recent years,in rail transit,the equipment safety accidents from elevators and escalators occur frequently,all of these accidents have brought both of huge economic losses and negative effect at home and abroad.Therefore,these are necessary to ensure the safety and reduce the failure rate of elevators and escalators.The elevators and escalators project is a complex system engineering in rail transit.They are so many different safety and effect issues in the building and operating.The dissertation provide some countermeasures for Ningbo rail transit safety management of elevators and escalators system.These are view of ways from rail transit project management of elevators and escalators system,base on safety management of elevators and escalators system,through by analysis safety management's current situation and issues,then optimized design.According to the research in this dissertation,the main factors for safety management of elevators and escalators system in rail transit include four types:people,equipments,environment and management.This dissertation put forward the corresponding optimization measures and countermeasures for the safety issues,by optimization the safety design,improvement the manufacturing acceptance standards,strengthening the installation and supervision,and improvement the management measures.All of these measures and countermeasures are based on the analysis of the current situation and the scientific optimization design of safety management,and combine with the actual work and experience of Ningbo rail transit buildingdepartment and operation department.The conclusion of this dissertation has a strong practical significance for improving the theoretical and practical of safety management of elevators and escalators system in rail transit.And it has a enlightenment for development of safety management of escalator system in rail transit.
