| Under the important influence of the deep development of rural information,the rural management,production and farmers' life have changed dramatically,and the rural E-commerce should also come into being.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of China's rural E-commerce in our country has greatly alleviated the problem that has long troubled farmers in buying and selling.Traditional agriculture,with the aid of E-commerce,has accelerated the transformation and upgrading to modern agriculture.The safety,convenience and diversity of rural residents' consumption have been improved constantly,and they have played an important role in solving the "three rural" problems and promoting the development of local economy.However,there are many problems that affect the development of rural E-commerce,such as the backwardness of the infrastructure,the scarcity of talents,the unsound standardization system and the laws and regulations.The study of the influencing factors and development trends of rural E-commerce development can provide important reference value for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of rural E-commerce in China.This article selects the rural E-commerce as the research object is based on this consideration.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural E-commerce in China,models and forecasts the scale of rural E-commerce development,and probes into the factors that affect the development of rural E-commerce.On the basis of summarizing the research results of the rural E-commerce,this paper introduces the present situation of the rural E-commerce development in China,and establishes the SWOT matrix to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of rural E-quotient.Then,the gray correlation degree analysis of many factors affecting the development of the rural E-commerce is carried out,and the hierarchical analysis of the influencing factors of the rural E-commerce is carried out in combination with the explanatory structure model.It is considered that the per capital GDP,the proportion of the added value of the primary industry to the regional gross domestic product,the added value of the primary industry and the proportion of employees in the rural primary industry are the deep influencing factors for the development of rural E-commerce in China.Then establish ARIMA model to forecast the scale of the rural E-commerce development.The results show that the scale of rural E-commerce will continue to increase in the future.It can provide the basis for formulating the development strategy policy of rural E-commerce in the future.Finally,we put forward some suggestions for the development of the rural E-commerce. |
