Research On Financial Strategy Of Private Enterprises In China

Financial problems,such as financing difficulties,blind investment and improper management strategy,have always been one of the problems that puzzle the development and growth of private enterprises.As one of the most important representatives of private enterprises--Luqiao enterprises,A new force suddenly rises.in the fierce competition in the market,it is a leader in chemical fiber industry,in the process of social economic development continues to expand the scale,is behind the success of the whole Luqiao enterprises to pay the results.The study of enterprise financial strategy in the process of growth and development of Luqiao enterprises has important reference significance for the long-term development of other domestic private enterprises and the formulation of financial strategy.In this paper,financing and investment,financial strategic management and enterprise life cycle theory as the starting point,using the analysis method,to analyze the influence of each enterprise's strategic financial management and the enterprise's internal and external environment,fully combining the instance of the development of enterprises in Luqiao,from the early business transformation,growth,maturity and development of weak group the four period as the starting point,demonstration and improvement of enterprises in different life cycle environmental analysis and implementation of financial strategy theory.In the current domestic and foreign economic development situation,polyester,chemical fiber industry of Luqiao enterprises are facing excess demand,industry competition,affect the profitability weakened and many other adverse factors,through multi analysis on the financial status of enterprises in Luqiao at present the enterprise,that is in the mature stage of Luqiao enterprises should adopt "bond financing and we will continue to implement a prudent to carry out domestic and international to consolidate the diversification of investment and fixed dividend income distribution" financial strategy.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation of enterprise financial strategy management "set up the scientific strategy implementation system,strengthen financial management,establish a financial budget management system,strengthen the control of strategic information talents team construction and other measures,so as to maintain a good competitive advantage of enterprises,to continue long-term development.
