With the development of market economy,the market position of China's commercial banks has changed.From the seller's market to the buyer's market,customers become the key to the success of commercial banks.Among them,the big customers have obvious influence on the bank operation,and it plays a key role in the bank's market competition and the maximization of its value.Therefore,the major commercial banks have large customer marketing as the focus of the work,then the big customer marketing strategy for the importance of commercial banks is self-evident.The major customers of commercial banks are mainly divided into private key customers and large public clients.This paper mainly studies the marketing strategy of private key customers.First of all,on the macro environment of commercial banks is analyzed,the four key factors that influence the macro environment of the Construction Bank in the paper analysis,and the Construction Bank C branch of the SWOT analysis,four factors of external factors and internal ability to sort out,at the same time according to different combination strategies discussed.Then,based on a brief introduction on the basic situation of the Construction Bank C branch and customer classification standard of review,using the 4Rs theory to the present situation of private marketing Construction Bank C branch from the associated policy response strategy relationships strategy and return strategy are analyzed,and the main problems which gathered:customer maintenance consciousness.Customer relationship;market unresponsive,diversified services lack;actively control the cost,but still increased.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and combing,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy and guarantee strategy of the big customer marketing of C branch of construction bank.In this paper,on the basis of analysis,according to the design optimization strategy and security strategy of private customer marketing strategy of Construction Bank C branch company and product status,provide theoretical reference and example for the establishment of know Construction Bank C branch of private marketing system.
