In recent years, the theory of green supply chain has become a hot topic for sch olars at home and abroad. It is a modern management model that comprehensively co nsiders environmental impact and resource efficiency throughout the supply chain. The green supply chain integrates the "green" concept into it.It aims to achieve green m anufacturing and improve its core green manufacturing capabilities and business.Howe ver Chinese green supply chain did not form the conscious behavior, because the two core issues of "environmental cost allocation" and "profit distribution" were not resol ved. This article first elaborates the connotation and evaluation method of green supply chain product greening levels, and then constructs a secondary supply chain compose d of manufacturers and retailers.Based on this chain,a green supply chain environme ntal cost allocation game strategy model is established. Finally, based on the contributi on of the company to the environment of the green supply chain,Shapley method is used to construct the profit distribution model. The main research contents and conclu sions are as follows:(1)Construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for evaluating product gree ning level.First, the normalization method can be used to quantify the indicators mor e accurately. Then the global weights of each index are determined by the ANP meth od.Finally, the product greening level is determined by the linear weighted sum meth od.The evaluation method can help companies to improve product performance in a t argeted manner and improve the product greening level;at the same time,it also help s consumers understand product characteristics and purchase environment friendly prod ucts.(2)The Nash equilibrium game model based on the Stackelberg game model led b y manufacturers, product greening level, product price and wholesale price were comp ared and analyzed.Through numerical simulation, the impact of environmental cost on product greening level, manufacturer's profit and retailer's profit as well as the best e nvironmental cost distribution proportion were discussed.(3)We study the profit distribution model based on the contribution of the compa ny to the green supply chain. The results show that companies with high contribution to the environment will receive higher benefits. The above studies demonstrate the feasibility of the example through analysis of examples. It not only provides theoretical support and policy advice for companies in the green supply chain in terms of cost decision-making and profit distribution, but al so fosters a green consumer market, and creates a green economy; It also actively pro motes the development of the green supply chain management. |
