Research On Family Farming Environment In Central China

With the slogan of "mass innovation and entrepreneurship",it can be seen that the government attaches great importance to "entrepreneurship" and academics also conduct in-depth discussions on entrepreneurial issues.China is a big country of agriculture and peasants.The focus of entrepreneurship for the entire nation lies in promoting the peasants' entrepreneurship in more than half of the country's population.Farmers are an important force in promoting the development of an entrepreneurial economy.However,the current academic research on farmer entrepreneurship has the phenomenon of "emphasizing agriculture,outside agriculture,and within agriculture".As the basic industry of our national economy,the development of agriculture is related to the development of the country and the prosperity of the nation.With the rapid development of urbanization and the dual crisis of China's grain production in terms of quality and quantity,in the future,"who will plant land" and "how to plant a good land" will become a difficult problem for the development of modern agriculture and the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Promoting farmers'entrepreneurship in agriculture is of great significance for solving the "three rural issues" problem,accelerating the process of urbanization and the development of modernization.Among them,family farms rely on family organizations,based on entrepreneurial behavior in rural areas,have the advantage of low barriers to entry and rely on rural resources,and therefore become an important choice for farmers to start their own businesses.As the driving force of economic development,entrepreneurship plays a major role in reducing unemployment,promoting industrial development,and promoting industrial integration.Among them,the entrepreneurial environment as an external factor affecting farmers' entrepreneurship is positively related to entrepreneurial activity.The research on the status quo of entrepreneurial environment in family farms in central China is of great significance.It is an important premise for optimizing the entrepreneurial environment of family farms and proposing targeted suggestions to promote the entrepreneurial development of farmers.Based on this,this paper analyzes the status quo of farmers' entrepreneurial environment based on the theory of resource dependence theory and so on.First of all,this article defines the concept of family farms,entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial environment,and reviews related theories and research results such as entrepreneurial environment,resource dependence theory,economies of scale theory,and transaction costs.Secondly,combining the actual conditions of family farms in rural areas in China,the factors affecting the family farm's entrepreneurial environment are divided into five aspects:education and training,financial support,policy environment,institutional environment,and service environment.Foreign typical practices are also explored and analyzed.The characteristics of the rural entrepreneurial environment.Lastly,the data of the questionnaires of 184 family farmers in the three provinces in central China and the data of government websites and other websites were used to analyze the status quo of entrepreneurial environment in family farms in central China,and relevant suggestions were put forward.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The composition of the entrepreneurial environment for family farms mainly includes the following five aspects:policy environment,financial support,social services,institutional environment,education and training.(2)China's rural entrepreneurial environment has a certain degree of particularity,which is mainly manifested in the lack of financial resources and backward education.These characteristics have caused different impacts on farmers' entrepreneurship.(3)The entrepreneurial environment for family farms in the central region has been improved to a certain degree,but it still faces some difficulties,mainly manifested in:insufficient educational resources in rural areas,lack of targeted training,difficulty in bank loans,narrow financing channels,limited scope of policy support for agriculture,difficulty in implementing agricultural subsidies,unregulated land transfer procedures,imperfect circulation market,and ineffectiveness of agricultural public welfare services,Lack of service organization.(4)The government should increase support for farmers' entrepreneurship,improve farmers' education and training system,increase rural financial diversity,expand the scope of policies for agriculture,improve the circulation system of agricultural land,and establish comprehensive agricultural service platforms to optimize the entrepreneurial environment of family farms,promote the development of entrepreneurship on family farms and increase the entrepreneurial activity of farmers.
